There are two programs I know of for random-dot stereograms.  What do     
you mean by REAL 3-d?                                                        
   The black-and-white is: perspect.zip (Can't remember the site; try archie)
   The color ( if your system supports 256-color bitmap editing) is:         
      HIDIMG18.ZIP   site katz.anu.edu.au  /pub/stereograms
