How civilized! When I rode the bus to university in the morning, it was
jammed with people and looked like this on a good day.

              ======= ====== || ((|))    || ====== ======
           ======== ======== ||((. .))   || ======== ========
        __((|))__ __((|))___ || (/:\)    ||  __((|))__ __((|))__
       | ((. .)) | ((. .))  ||\\_| |_    || | ((. .)) | ((. .)) |
       |  (/:\)  |  (/:\)   || B|    \   || |  (/:\)  |  (/:\)  |
       | __| |__ | __| |__  ||/ |    /   || | __| |__ | __| |__ |
       |/  _n_  \|/  _n_  \ ||| |   m.   || |/  _n_  \|/  _n_  \|
       |\m|___|m/|\m|___|m/ ||| |  _n_   || |\m|___|m/|\m|___|m/|
      .'/______\ /________\ ||| | |___|  || | /______\ \/_______\`.
    .'  \  |  / / \   |   / ||| |_____|  || | \  |  /   \\   |  /  `.
   `====| ~|~ |'`==| ~|~ |=='||  | | |   || `=| ~|~ |==='`| ~|~ |===='
      __|  |  |____|  |  |_| ||  | | |   || |_|  |  |_____|  |  |AsH_|

Sometimes the driver didn't even stop because the bus couldn't take any
more people. (very annoying when one is standing at an outdoor stop on a
-40C snowy, windy day)

to walk 50 km in sub zero snowy weather with cardboard boxes for boots
just to GET to the bus stop....
