This is in response to all who have seen the Money Making chain letter that I posted to
this Net on 17 Oct 96. I was not aware at the time that this was an illegal action. Hence My
actual name and E-mail address were attached. Most people who are trying to do this with full
knowledge that it is illegal make an attempt to hide their real names and E-mails. In the 12
Hours since the postings were made I have received numerous E-mails concerning the fact that it
is illegal. Many of them referenced me to www.usps.gov/websites/depart/inspect/chainlet.htm.
If any of you are also considering participating in the letter my advice to you is DON'T DO IT.
Go to the web site and read what it has to say.

I am indeed sorry about all of this and hope that my mistake can help others avoid the
embarrassment that I currently feel. As well as the uneasiness in me as I wait to see what the
punishment might be for the offence that I have already committed. Also if there is a possible
way I would highly recommend that all new users to the internet be informed about the scams
that are out here. Having only been on line for about the last month, this was the first time I was
ever exposed to this. Had there been some warning this could have been avoided for me as well
as those like me.

Once again I am sorry to have promoted an illegal operation on the internet and hope that
any who read this will learn from my mistake.

                    Thank You
