DINNER? Whose were the shoes that the colonel found? Could the
missing diaper be the reason behind the mysterious smell? The
detective found himself surrounded by questions, and every answer
he found immediately gave rise to at least two new questions.
Since it was dinner time he went out to find something to eat and
found himself at the end of a new ant track.

but as this was only to be expected from an aardvark and had nothing
to do with the case of the missing llizard we will not get into any
detail about that.
Next our hero started to investigate the mysterious shoes. He
concluded from the size and the type that they most likely belonged
to a lady.

But what lady might that be? The child's mother? His babysitter?
Hillary Clinton? (she wouldn't have been the first lady to have lost
her shes under mysterious circumstances) And, more importantly, what
had happened to this shoeless lady? Had she been yet another
unsuspecting victim of the notoriously hungry llizard? (Or was it
perhaps the other way around?)
The colonel then went on to examining the two bags and found that they
were closed. When he asked the child for the key he got the answer
that "mommy has it".

Where did the furry guy with the bat fit into all of this? Was he
hungry too? What was in the bags? What did that cryptic letter to
Spunk really mean? And what WAS that smell?
Will our poor hero find the answers to these (and probably many more)
questions? Will he find the missing llizard?
Will there be a part VI to this story?
