AAAUUUUGGHHH! I knew AOL's browser was braindead, but this is truly
amazing. I'll swear I have no idea how or why someone's coded something
like that.

<H3> is a block-level element, and clean one at that. Unlike, say, <LI>,
it doesn't allow "mixed content", only text-level markup. Both the HTML
standard and common [insert expletive] sense tell you that there's _no
way_ a <H3> can contain _another_ <H3>!

Any browser - no matter how dumb - which recognises the tag should, when
receiving such invalid input, either discard it as an error or do the
sensible thing and automatically close the tag.

Even if this were an unknown tag, the browser should just ignore it. A
crash might be plausible if we were talking about some tag that can
actually be nested infinitely, such as <LI> or <BIG>, but this is just
plain and simple idiocy.
