Duh me... guess I ought to read all the
way through the thread first...  Yes, Andreas.
I think that Dave's is a tweak of Jorn's...
Jorn created his version earlier than '96.
At least I believe so.. These maps were among
the first pics that I started saving at the end
of 1995.
