Apart from the first line I just type it in as I`m composing the message. I set
Free Agent up to use | at the start of quoted text, then set the Followup
heading to:
.----- On %date%, %from% posted:

and then I just shorten the from text to just a name ('stead of the email addy
etc) and type the '------ at the end.
