GIFSCII: How can i get it?

GIFSCII: How can i get it?

I have been doing simplistic Ascii art for QBasic programming (QBasic is
a DOS based
programming language that is not that graphics friendly), but i would
like to get started in
more complex stuff. I have heard about GIFSCII, a ascii conversion
program, and want to know where i can get it. If you can, please email
me at hec...@lausd.k12.ca.us because I don't check the newsgroup often
and don't have time to sort through all 400 posts. Thanks in advance.
