You could include very common but multiple letter words like 'the' in as
many languages as you want. I'm guessing that in the end the decision as
to wether something is ascii art or not is going to come down to adding up
a number of factors with weightings and comparing against a threshold value.
So anything we can say about what ascii art usually is is good.
