request for help

 Dear Sirs, 

 I am writing to You with request for help, because without 
 Your help I can become an invalid, attached to a wheelchair. 
 Living in a zone infected by Chernobyl power station has caused my 
 illness to progress rapidly; that has caused me a lot of pain 
 during last three years. Five huge hernias CHMORLY are holding down 
 my backbone and the last CT has shown that a massive horn will soon 
 break the sheeting of my spinal cord. The absence of the inter 
 vertebral cavity between the disks of my backbone causes me a lot 
 of pain. 

 On my request into the leading clinics of Israel I was told that 
 the difficult and expensive operation would be necessary. Because 
 of my illness my friends and colleagues have turned away from me 
 and I have been living very poorly for the past month, due to the 
 absence of the medical insurance in Ukraine. 

 Considering all this I am asking You to help me financially so 
 that I could take this operation and have another chance of living 
 a normal human life and becoming a good father to my son. 

 The help in organizing and having this operation, the registration 
 of all necessary documents and also an account for donating the 
 money for me was presented by the office of medical company 
 Isramed of Israel in Ukraine.
