So Nipsu attached a remote microphone
under his neighbor's bed!

And that night, Nipsu, along with the
rest of the neighborhood, listened
to his neighbor...

Of course, Nipsu had a tape recorder recording the
little conversation. Afterwards, Nipsu broadcasted
the recording in his own net radio. (Of course Nipsu
told the name of his neighbor too)
The neighbor changed his name and moved to another
town.
Nipsu got another neighbor; an old lady who
made a complaint of every single noise she heard from
Nipsu's apartment. That caused Nipsu to commit suicide.
Later, Nipsu was mysteriously reborn to appear in another
comic strip...
