You could name your font 3D and get it figletised to make it 3D.FLF
figlet font.

I think that somewhere there is a Figletiser program that can be
used used to turn your complete alphabet into an *.FLF file.

Having got it figletised you can then add it to the Figlet Font
Library.

Info on Figlet from the Ascii Art FAQ:

" The Figlet home page is at
    http://st-www.cs.uiuc.edu/users/chai/figlet.html. This site
links to the FTP site ftp://ftp.internexus.net/pub/figlet/,
where you can download versions of the program for many
    different platforms. "

I suspect that the Figletiser may only be available in source code
so that you need to be able to compile the program in a suitable
format to run it on your own Operating System.

I cannot recall ever seeing a FIGLETISER.EXE program for MS-DOS
which will figletise your existing Font for you and allow it to be
used with FIGLET.EXE which actually prints out the existing *.FLF
fonts.

Here is a relatively recent definitive posting from one of the
authors of figlet and he would be able to tell you where the
Figletiser program is located. Email to Ian Chai should get you a
definitive answer to any questions you have about figletising your
3D-font.

Subject: [INFO] FIGlet 2.1.2 Released
Message-ID: <ber...@netcom.com>
Date: Mon, 16 Sep 1996 22:54:29 GMT

FTP Note, figlet release 2.1.1, 16 September 1996
-------------------------------------------------

UNIX source code available at
        ftp://ftp.nicoh.com/pub/figlet/program/unix/figlet2.1.2.tar.gz

Note: figlet 2.1.2 is a minor revision of figlet 2.1.1. The files
README, FTP-NOTE, figlet.c and figlet.6 have been changed. All other
files are identical with the 2.1.1 release.

These changes were made by Gilbert Healton <ghe...@nmia.com> as Glenn
Chappell is now busy as a new professor of Mathematics.

For those making figlet 2.1.2 available by anonymous FTP: please put
the version number (2.1.2) in the filename, so that FTP'ers can know
they're not getting the same program they already have.

Also, for those who maintain archives of figlet fonts, please note that
all of the standard fonts have been changed, as of release 2.1, to
include non-ASCII characters. These fonts are the following:

big.flf
block.flf
bubble.flf
digital.flf
lean.flf
mini.flf
script.flf
shadow.flf
slant.flf
small.flf
smscript.flf
smshadow.flf
smslant.dld
standard.flf
term.flf

The new versions of these fonts can be identified by the words
"figlet release 2.1" somewhere in the first few lines. These fonts
are included in the standard figlet 2.1.2 package, and are also
available by anonymous FTP from "ftp.nicoh.com", in directory
"pub/figlet/fonts/ours".

Here is some LARRY3D font before figletising:

larry3d
 ______ __ _ ___ __
/\__ _\ /\ \__ /' \ /'___`\ /'__`\

      \/_/\/____/\/___/ \/__/ \/_/\/_____/ \/___/

And here is what part of of it looks like figletised into
LARRY3D.FLF with the very first sequence looking like the coding
system?

So maybe that's all you need to do to each of your letters to
figletise them? If I'm right that makes me a Genius? But watch out
for that very first line below it looks like configuration stuff. :-)
