Colin, you are starting to sound like Pete.  Please stop giving false
information or at least put a smiley at the end of your false explanation
of the picture.  I am sorry if you genuinely think it is some kind of
animal, but it _IS_ a bloke on a motorbike or scooter (presumably leaning
into a corner or a little bit tipsy).
