Hey!! I did the same thing last week! Or just about. I did push it a
little further as you'll see. It's after I toyed around with this stuff
that I had the idea of doing the ASCII puzzle. Anyway, here is the post
I was saving for later this week...

Someone posted this little SIN wave in one of the ASCII groups:

   .-. .-. .-. .-. .-. .-. .-. .-. .-.
 .' `._.' `._.' `._.' `._.' `._.' `._.' `._.' `._.' `.

I thought I could use that to make a fancy border or something.
Here is how it turned out:

   .-. .-. .-. .-. .-. .-. .-. .-. .-.
 .' `._.' `._.' `._.' `._.' `._.' `._.' `._.' `._.' `.
( . .-. .-. .-. .-. .-. .-. .-. . )
 `. `._.' `._.' `._.' `._.' `._.' `._.' `._.' `._.' .'
   ) ) ( (
 ,' ,' `. `.
( ( ) )
 `. `. .' .'
   ) ) ( (
 ,' ,' `. `.
( ( ) )
 `. `. .' .'
   ) ) ( (
 ,' ,' `. `.
( ( Normand ) )
 `. `. Veilleux .' .'
   ) ) _ _ _ _ _ _ ( (
 ,' .' `. .' `. .' `. .' `. .' `. .' `. .' `. .' `. `.
( ' _ `-' _ `-' _ `-' _ `-' _ `-' _ `-' _ `-' _ ` )
 `. .' `. .' `. .' `. .' `. .' `. .' `. .' `. .' `. .'
   `-' `-' `-' `-' `-' `-' `-' `-' `-'

Now, seeing all that empty space in the middle I tried to fill it
in and this is what happened:

   .-. .-. .-. .-. .-. .-. .-. .-. .-.

It could be turned into a comforter or something like that with
another straight border all around:
