was a first, but the characters that were extended was replaced with diff standard ascii
characters not a question mark ( strange ) also in a pattern that made you think it was drawn
that way ( strange too ) actually it turn out rather nice. shall we call it computer fluke art
;) for the extended characters that was replaced the( U` N~ a^ ) with standard ascii ( Y Q b )
in respective order. the Japanese characters usually will see with no problems till they are
copied an pasted then i do get the question mark. for sending encoding is Western European iso,
for viewing Western European  US-ASCII with the Japanese characters as a second language

still confused as why this happen ah but what heck :)
