It is Colin Randall's program ASC-TOOL.EXE and I don't think he ever
posted an URL.

Also there were several updates and modifications and I lost track
of those changes and so I finally settled for a "mutant version"
which is working very well for me...using CJR's *.bat files.

LR.BAT is the one that does the nifty Sideways Flip-flop.

Anyways...perhaps CJR will now post an URL to his finalised version
if he reads these messages?


Just now I also tried Ilmari's "mirror" type Figlet Font but it does
not work so well as CJR's ASC.TOOL.EXE
