    Oh my.....

I think that fish picture was created by the infamous "Mad Dog" Maddigan. Last time
I heard, he was doing twenty to life for strangling a door-to-door vacuum cleaner
salesman, who he mistook for some artist that he accused his wife of posing nude
for. Previously, Mad Dog was accused of also bludgeoning to death a few innocents
who had used things of his, like his four-way tire iron, a pair of rubber galoshes,
his prize Stilson pipe wrench, and even a lawn spreader. He is also believed to
have disemboweled a utility worker, who stopped by to read the meter and foolishly
parked in Mad Dog's driveway.

Anyway, I guess it's safe to use..... while Mad Dog is locked up. However,
since his last words before incarceration were something like, "I'll be back, after
I straighten this place out", I'd be real careful. You know, he didn't like the looks
of the prison warden, and told him, "I'll get you". The warden must have took him
serious, as he immediately sought transfer to the public relations dept. of the dead
letter division of a Post Office in Whittleville Kansas.

                            good luck,
                              JRO

P.S.: you might ask somebody else for further information on this
subject, but until you get a second opinion, you best be
      real careful...
