REQ: aol macros (GOH)

i used to have a bunch of art from my old aol warez group goh (guardians of
hell, grand orgy hotel), i've managed to recover a few from macro house, but i
am still looking for the cool old one with the skull and the calligraphy, give
me the name of artist or the text of that macro, or better yet the entire
"letterhead".
there was more than one letterhead of the years, but the prez should be mr Ice,
and it should have a sad story about a member who died.

this is one of the oldest groups, and this particular letterhead is very
important because it happened right before aol updated email to include
pictures, before chatrooms had changeable type, and before aol could actually
do anything about pirating.
