Announce: MS-DOS port of FIGlet 2.1.1 finally available

It looks like someone did an MS-DOS port of FIGlet 2.1.1.
I *think* it was done by William Luitje <lui...@m-net.arbornet.org>
because he told me a couple of weeks ago he was going to do it, but as
I don't have an MS-DOS machine, I'm not certain.

It's in ftp://ftp.nicoh.com/pub/program/ms-dos/

God bless,
	Ian
