Request: .Sig Help Needed

Request: .Sig Help Needed

Hi I was wondering if some kind person could help me here. I'm in
the early stages of making a .sig (as you can see below) and I would
like to have it end like that, but with a much better looking name
(mai). Preferably the .sig will be four or five lines long and not
more. Thanks in advance!

mm m m a ii Mai L. Yang
  mm m m m a a ii University of Washington
   m m m a aa ii
   m m m a a a ii "Blah blah, blah blah blah--blah
  m m m aaa a ii blah!" --The Blaher
