That's certainly a humorous interpretation of this panel, but alas,
I don't think that would work. Here's the timeline:

 Future NB&co <----. Present NB&co travel back in
tie up kidnapper '-------- time to prevent kidnapping
     |                                 |
-----+-----------------------+---------+-------------------->
          \____ ____/        |                     ^        t
               v             Future NB&co travel   |
      Future NB&co kidnap back to the future ---'
    present NB&co, dressed
     as the evil kidnapper

It seems impossible to construct a timeline in which Nerd Boy & co
are dressed up as the evil kidnapper before they decide to do so.
