Ironic.  I was told too much of my work was "cartoonie".  I advised
them it was a limitation of not having the ability to use any gray and
that the only way to solve the problem was to work on such a large
scale that one can loose sight of it being ascii art and having it
look more like stipple.

I often try to remove the cartoon-like qualities as much as possible
in most of my works.  Sometimes, though not often, I want it to be as
cartoon-like as possible.
