If she didn't, and you don't - things are going to get munged and mangled as your message travels through the intricate network of cyberspace with all its differences in software and hardware and access site policies. Get yourself a copy of Richard Marks UUENCODE/DECODE program available from many FTP sites near you. UUENCODE/DECODE is as important as your keyboard and your brain - you need them all.
