A few days ago I have written a simple algorithm to correct documents
with wrapped lines (this algorithm will be part of JavE 2.0).
Unfortunately it only works when some assumptions are true for the
wrapped image:
 - there is only one line break in each line
 - each (correct) line has a character different from [space] at the
first and last position
 - each line is wrapped

This is true for about 30% of the wrapped images I have seen in this
newsgroup. However it is not true for this nokia image. I guess there is
no algorithm that can fix this one.
By applying my algorithm I can make out a few shapes here and there:

  MMBBWWBWBBWWB8BMMaXX;:          0WBZ80BWWWWBBBB0B0BZaBMMB::..;ZB@M.
  MMBBWWBWWBBWW@0ZWMZaaa7aZSi    MMM@WWMMMMW00WMMMMM8Z2 BMW;rBMB2:XW
  MMWWWWWWWWWWWBWW88MBaZ2SrrSS,  rMMMMMB  ,MMMMW   S27iWM8;ZMMr8Mr
  MMBWWBWBWWBBWBWW@BZWM82Z2XSaZ.   MMMMMMM7     ;WWa7aMM2:XrZ;
  WMBWWWWBWWWBWWBWWWW88M@ZZZS77;,   BMMMMMMMMMMMM8ZWMMM;iS7r.
  ZMWWWWWWWWWWWBBWWB@@W00@MZ2S227ri   ,MMMMMMMMMMMMM8..;rii.
  SMWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW@WB0@MW82SX77;     ,X0BBZX.  .i;:
  7MWBBWWWWWWBBBBBWBBBWBBW@B00MM@0ZSriii,         .
  iMWWWWBWWWWWWWWBBWWBWWWWWWWWWB0WMMMMW8Xri,.

But the overall result still is crappy...
I have no idea how to fix it - neither by hand nor by an algorithm. It
is too complex and there are by far too many possibilities how to
combine the lines...
