looking for an old DOS converter
hey, anybody out there have a little program that converts bitmaps to an ANSI art format that uses the block characters and their background and foreground colors to estimate the 256 color index of the pic. it does exist, I used to use it, but have long since lost the little exe and memory of its name. most likely a bmp2***.exe, or something of the like.
