I prefer the Dunbar Principle, it holds that if you engage in very,
very boring activities (you know the sort of thing - reading the
bible, watching paint dry, flipping through Boatman's posts to aa -
that sort of thing) you can actually slow down time and thus extend
your lifespan. Not time travel par se but it is easier than trying to
harness the power of a million suns.
