It's been a while since I did any news programming, but here's
what we need to do:


In the news information format specs (IEE something, forgot),
there is defined a header to make the current copy REPLACED by
the new copy, instead of two copys.  If the FAQ is sent daily
with this header used, there will ALWAYS be ONE copy of it.

This way, even if the persons ISP only kept messages for two days,
the FAQ would still always be there.

There would only be ONE copy of it, unlike the multiple copies
that there would be if posted daily without that header.



The problem is that no one ever looks for the faq.....
