LINE,REQUEST: Artiste

Hello ascii-artists! My name is sarah smiley and I publish on-line a
monthly update on a project I am doing called The Virtual Beret. Check
it out at http://www.rp.csiro.au/~pjordan/Virtual_Beret/

I'm preparing my next update now, to be out by November 1st. Below are
some Variations on an Artiste. If you care to{alter these to make any of
your own, I will include them in my publication, crediting you. I
will also post any work submitted to the Virtual Beret web site.

You can submit any ascii-artwork about art and artists to
smi...@world.std.com

Also, if anyone has any info about the origins and history of ascii-art,
I'd be glad to hear from you...

-sarah smiley
