My Sig

I'm looking for any help anyone can give me on this sig I'm trying to
create. My nickname is The Wiz, and so I went looking for wizard pics,
and found a pretty good one on www.ascii-art.com. It's a little bigger
than a sig probably should be, but I didn't see anything smaller that I
liked. (If anyone's got some nice full pics of wizard's I'd like to see
them. By full I mean full bodies, not just heads) I got rid of the wand
and sparkles at the end of the wand, and ripped a ball from the crystal
balls section a little further down the page, but I wasn't able to make
a hand that looked any good to hold the ball. The ball will probably
need to be shrunk down a bit to fit in the hand. I know that a lot of
the people on this NG (at least the people who actively post) are much
better than me at this stuff. If anyone wants to take a stab at cleaning
up the Cursive text a bit that would also be appreciated. That was done
using Figlet, and it was the best looking slanted cursive text that came
up, but I don't much like how the z looks... I don't like the e much
either, but it's not as bad as the z. After I started writing this I
decided to try adding a staff to his other hand, and I like how that
came out, but I still couldn't get a hand that looked any good on the
staff either. I also pulled the arm out a little bit so it looked like
he may have been using the staff for a little support, not just holding
