I'm developing a simple program for compiling ASCii animation and I have
some questions about VT-10x codes.
1) Is there a code for screen delays or should I just jiggle the cursor
around to put in pauses?
2) Just how long does it take to move the cursor in comparison to the time
it takes to draw a single character?
Any help is greatly appreciated. The finished program will be public domain.
