ASCTOOL.EXE test

I have been doing another test on Colin Randall's ASCTOOL.EXE
picture rotation utility using a simple "square/rectangle".
It works quite well except for the CW90 ( 270 degrees) and CCW90 (
360 degrees ) rotations where the relative horizontal/vertical
spacings elongate the image and also the character mapping seems
wrong for CW90 and CCW90 because the | and _ characters are not
retained in these conversions but are replaced by letters.
I think Joshua Bell's original code did not change the characters
although there was some aspect ratio distortion with CW90 and CCW90.
