While I don't hate HTML I do prefer to use a WYSIWYG editor which as you
state can be a problem with Geocities. My solution though is to use the
WYSIWYG editor to do the page then switch to the option that lets me view
source code. I then simply select all the code, copy it, and paste it into
the Geocities editor. Just something you might try :)
