All of it is publicly available via Deja and you'd prolly be better
off asking somebody who were around more at the time than I, but yes,
that was one of their attempts at "fighting" what they interpreted as
"abuse" (posting stuff they didn't like to a public forum, aka free
speech) by committing *real* abuse (gaining highly illegal
unauthorized entry to servers). Holes were plugged, accounts
disappeared, legal proceedings pending, end of story.
