Sit about 1-1.5 meters away from the monitor, then 'look' at the 'back' 
of the monitor.  If you don't have an anti-glare coating, then look at 
your reflection instead.

P.S. After you see your first image (esp. these ascii ones) then you 
should find that from then on there a piece of cake.
