Somebody help me with this!

I'm a "newbie" and this group is really cool, I like you guys ascii
art!!  It's great...
Now I would like to do some on my own, so I strted with my name but its
not that great eventhough I took the idea of the letters from this
group.
Could somebody please tell me what to do to improve this or just give
suggestions?
