Rest assured, though, that you didn't miss too much this Thanksgiving.
I got sick, and spent most of the evening wallowing in misery. Then my
oldest came home, because he needed some help changing tires on his motorcycle,
and since it got cold that night and I couldn't find my wool socks, because
they haven't been unpacked from when we moved over to this house, I ended up
twice as sick as I was. We had turkey for dinner. I got up the next morning,
to find we were having turkey for breakfast, and things just weren't quite right
after that, the whole day. That evening, we had turkey for dinner. Saturday, the
kids all wanted to go to a matinee, and none of them could agree on what they
wanted to see. We had turkey before we left, and that evening, we had turkey
for dinner, again. Sunday, I lay in bed and skipped breakfast. We had turkey for
lunch...

Maybe them Aussies know what they're doing down there, after all.
