request: refinement on logo

I work for a company called Leading Solutions, and since we've taken to 
the internet (like a fish to a sand dune) I've convinced the boss to get 
a signature file created. So far I've done a few designs, but none of 
them are presentable in both proportional and fixed fonts.
The logo is viewable on the web site, and that is what i would like to 
get a version of into my signature.  Take a look at what I've done, and 
if you can help, I'll be ecstatic. Mail me or post here, I read both 
regularly!
