Sounds fair - although I'd sugest that 4 be relaxed - perhaps there should be a
winner in the "publically available" section and also one that would include any
artist's own apps, which wouldn't have to be public domain.

I'd agree with the final point as well, although bare in mind that a good
converter for one kind of image might not work as well for the others.

If people want I can set up a CGI voting process (unless Marcus has CGI space
already) - I'd prefer not to have to deal with all the recieving of entries etc.
though.

Also, nominations for an Ascii trophy for the winner?
