--* GIF-TO-ASCII Converters work well for very defined colors, that is
like cartoon drawins, not photographic pictures. It has something to do
with pallettes. So if it has more than 256 colors, chances are,
conversion is not good, compared to say, Garfield gifs -- 2 to 3 colors
only. I say, you convert your gif to lesser colors first (there are
tools, viewers, like VPIC.EXE, etc.) and then use a converter.
