i've updated the proglet called webflip.htm to produce a char-code
dump for Ns3 ... previously only Ns4/Ie4 upward

 ... the very last bit of coding from me this century

if anyone in this group wants to post something and they are not sure
then try copy'n'pasting your pic into the input window of:-

    http://www.shieldwolf.demon.co.uk/anim/webflip.htm

and after hitting the 'GO' button check what the char-code interrogator
reports ... any char-code listed as being above 126 is not gonna be kewl
with the folks here ... so ... if your not a programmer nor particularly
savvy with what its all about ... then here is an opportunity to check
it out before you post

[ps] Llizard ... get hold of a browser that is not 'CSS blind' and u'll
     be able to see these new-fangled anims ppl are making.
