Paul Burton (Author of FigWin) made a little program called Anyfont which
can respace ascii art to work in proportional fonts such as Arial.

I think you can grab a copy from the FigWin directory of the FIGlet website:
ftp://ftp.internexus.net/pub/figlet/program/windows/

Failing that, drop me an email and I'll see if I can get you a copy ... I
know it's on one of my disks somewhere. (Beware munged reply address... real
address in sig, if you stick it togther)
