The picture is abtract. I have a few years of art school under my
belt[0] so I will try to make something up that sounds good. I
pictured a voice comming over the phone line:
            .
           /-\
          /---\
          \---/
           \-/
            .

And the phone that the call was comming from:
  ----
  | |
  +--+

The "BANK" between them represents the walls of the bank and how easy
it is to get around those walls by going through the wires of the
phones.

I hope this made up answer clears this up for you.

I /wanted/ it to be a tin[1] foil hat as seen here:
<url:zapatopi.net/afdb.html> but I couldn't get it to look right so I
left it untitled. I think that without a lot of setting the stage
type work that no ascii art of a tin foil hat will be regonizable as
such unless it is drawn on such a large scale as to make it unusable.

[0] and here I am doing ascii art?
[1] Aluminum is the correct word but everyone knows it as a tin foil
hat for legacy reasons.
