Would a very gifted ASCII artist please create the simple greek letters of Mu Alpha Theta in the format "MA0". A variety of styles using a program like figlet or some other ASCII signature making program should be fine. Credit will be attributed to the artist if the ASCII is unique and created manually rather than using a premaid program with ASCII fonts.
