There are many attorneys who specialize in Social Security and will take
this case for a few hundred dollars, and will also defer payment until
benefits start. IF THERE IS REALLY A CASE. Cant always beleive what you
hear*!*!

As far as waiting four to five years for benefits, that is a crock of
shit. Two to four months is the max, and yes, they do retro pay. Most
mortgage holders/landlords will wait for their money if you show them your
case number for the SS  hearing.

I dont know where you are getting your MISINFORMATION, but it's no good.
Unless this is just the unusal scam.

There is help. Go find it! First source would be to call the bar
association in your area and ask for references to law offices that
specialize in SS, and also ask for a list of Elder Law attorneys.
