Well you are exaggerating again: my position is hardly "completely
illogical" or "based on no facts" nor is it "clearly wrong". Nor did I
criticise your method in this particular instance I simply pointed out
that you claimed the amount of violence against women was statistically
insignificant compared to men, but when we later reviewed your stats it
turned out that it was not insignificant. Which is fine, I've made
mistakes (as you've pointed out!) in this thread, which is off my
initial point, and we both learnt something.

I think either I have not expressed myself clearly or some other
problem, because your assumptions about my position and message are not
what I intended (particularly the pseudo math! funny!), as I have tried
to make clear. I am certainly no "idiot" so that can not be the
explanation. My position is based on different sources of information
than you and comes from a different view point, I can understand that
about you - and I take your point about the problem of violence against
men and about sexism - so how about some quid pro quo?

PS I won't be continuing this thread unless you can agree with me that
both violence against women and violence against men is wrong. Otherwise
we are fundamentally opposed and will only argue, and its likely to be
circular from here on out (if not already!).
