They are very early pictures...some of them from Stephen Sullivan's
Collections which pre-dated alt.ascii-art newsgroup and were posted
in rec.humor. He never attached credits but just mounted what
he collected on pages and posted them periodically in rec.humor.
He was nominated as Deputy Moderator of rec.arts.ascii as backup
for Bob Allison ( Scarecrow ). I don't know if he ever took office.
Haven't seen a posting from him in years.


The following two pictures were from an early collection posted in
one article in alt.ascii.art, circa 1993, and I think they were
probably a collection of actual dogs owned by someone or a Kennel
Club :
