Penn State is a college/university located in
Pennsylvania-- that's a state located in the USA.
It's east of Ohio, mostly south of New York,
north of West Virginia and Maryland; and
west of New Jersey. The tip of Delaware also
is south of Pennsylvania.

Penn State is also in the Big Ten Football
Conference...
