How about making it more official? It doesn't look like Matthew is taking that responsibility for us. And in my opinion a FAQ is not an ordinary document but belongs to the subject it refers to, in this case a.a-a. If "we" decide to use your new version, with your name as (co-) author or maintainer then it would be official enough. I would like to see that happen as well as the replacement of the older version on web-pages. I only whish that more people would take part in this. _I_ do like your new version. It reads almost like a scientific document but that's OK. For more direct stuff we can always fall back and use the mini-FAQ. In a way I would like to see more examples for the different types of ASCII creations (e.g. diddles, line art, shading, etc.) but on the other hand the text is rather long already. In short: I give my OK and vote for ending the humble "not-official" ceremony right here. :) Andreas -- ________________________________________________ http://www.ascii-art.de
