Yeah, you should still call, but a nice ascii art e-mail would be doubly nice
on top of a call!  Here is one I whipped up just a minute ago in my spare time
here at work.  It's kinda cheesy, I almost hesitate to post it, but since
no one else has posted any, I figured that if I posted something really ugly,
people might get the idea that someone needs desperate help and post better
stuff :)  Well, hope this helps!
