They are a little tricky, some people find them easy, some don't.
It's 3-d, you either relax your eyes or cross your eyes
to see a stereogram.

Stare at the center of the strip and relax your eyes.
As you do so, you'll see the vertical lines separate
from a combined image from both eyes (like normal, like when reading)
into a double-vision kind of thing (like daydreaming)
with drifting-apart images from the separate eyes.

Let the images keep separating
and one will join with the next one over
(that's why they there are repeating images)
when the images join, just sort of hold that
and your brain will process the info from both eyes, after a few seconds,
into a 3-d image because the images are not EXACTLY repeating,
parts are tweaked slightly left or right.
